Processing & timelines
Most in-stock units ship within 2–5 business days of a confirmed order. Larger or freight-only equipment may require additional handling time; your specialist will confirm a delivery window before you commit. Need it urgently? Ask about rush options for time-critical clinical needs.
Delivery & insurance
Orders ship via insured, tracked carriers across the United States. Smaller devices ship parcel; large equipment ships freight with liftgate and inside-delivery options available on request. Tracking is provided as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Returns
Stocked units may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, undamaged condition. To start a return, contact us with your order details and we’ll issue an RMA and return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the unit is received and inspected.
Custom-configured, special-order, consumable and clearance items may be non-returnable — this will always be noted before purchase. Units found defective on arrival are covered under warranty at no cost to you.
Damaged in transit?
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or repair.
