Every purchase is backed by a 12-month parts-and-labor warranty and a certificate of conformance.
What’s covered
All re-certified equipment includes a standard 12-month parts-and-labor warranty from the date of delivery. If a covered unit fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it — including parts and the labor to fix it.

Certificate of conformance
Each unit ships with documentation confirming it was inspected, repaired, calibrated and biomed-tested to manufacturer specification — ready to hand to your biomedical or compliance team.
What’s not covered
Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification or repair, consumables and normal wear items are not covered. Coverage applies to the original purchaser.
Extended coverage & service
Extended warranties and ongoing service contracts are available on most equipment. Ask your specialist for terms tailored to your fleet.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll troubleshoot, and if a repair or replacement is needed, arrange it quickly to minimize downtime.
