Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Precision MedLab Services (“Precision MedLab”, “we”, “us”) supplies re-certified medical and laboratory equipment and related services — purchase, rental, repair, and purchasing equipment from facilities.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the site are estimates for reference and may change. A quote becomes a binding offer only when a Precision MedLab specialist confirms availability, pricing, lead time and terms in writing. Adding items to your cart and requesting a quote does not create a contract of sale.

3. Orders and payment

Confirmed orders are subject to the price and terms stated in your written quote or invoice. Payment terms (including deposits, purchase orders or net terms) will be specified at confirmation. Title and risk of loss pass as stated in your order documents.

4. Equipment condition and warranty

Equipment is sold as re-certified/refurbished unless stated otherwise, and is biomed-tested and calibrated before shipment. Warranty coverage is described on our Warranty page and in your order documents. Except as expressly provided there, equipment is provided without other warranties.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery and return terms are described on our Shipping & returns page and in your order documents.

6. Rentals

Rental equipment remains the property of Precision MedLab. You are responsible for using it as intended and returning it in the condition received, normal wear excepted. Rental term, rate, deposit and service coverage are set out in your rental agreement. See Rentals.

7. Repairs

Repair work is performed per the estimate you approve. Turnaround times are estimates; loaner devices may be available. Post-repair testing and any repair warranty are described in your service documents. See Repair.

8. Selling equipment to us

When you offer equipment for sale, you represent that you own it and have the right to sell it, free of liens. Offers are based on the information and condition you provide and are subject to inspection. See Sell your equipment.

9. Intended use and compliance

Our equipment is intended for use by qualified professionals and facilities. You are responsible for ensuring any equipment is appropriate for your use and is operated and maintained in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and manufacturer guidance.

10. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. Site content, branding and materials are owned by Precision MedLab or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision MedLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Precision MedLab harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or services or your violation of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
